So we all know that music fuels us and can easily affect our moods, but did you know that it can also affect your productivity? There have been studies that prove most people work more efficiently while listening to music. This is a huge reason why we listen to music while working out- for motivation to push harder and go faster! I’m a huge music fan, and I put together a workout playlist that I’ve tested on a few people that also feel like getting up and moving when they hear it! I titled it Werq Guh before I decided to share it and I don’t know how to change it, so please don’t judge me. 😉
Here’s a list of the songs, in case you want to make your own playlist! Have fun with your workouts, and let me know in the comments if you have any song suggestions you think I should try!
